Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can determine if refund is given, or a reshipment is processed.

Request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. 

Refunds
If a refund is determined, please allow us 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return. You will receive your refund within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank account.
